Professional Experience & Accomplishments

We are responsible for the timely investigation of questionable property and casualty insurance claims to protect your assets and reduce future liabilities in the states of Georgia. 

• Investigates first and third-party losses related to liability, workers compensation and other property and casualty losses utilizing innovative investigative techniques and background investigations 
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders, with human resources, legal and compliance 
• Proactively suggests changes in investigative protocol due to industry evolution
• Serves as subject matter expert for auto theft and auto property damage investigations 
• Conducts detailed recorded interviews of first and third-party customers to capture the facts of loss and properly document reported events via detailed reports 
• Leverages extensive law enforcement network regarding ongoing and completed investigations
• Assists with internal employee investigations as directed with the utmost confidentiality
• Develops and coordinates training for new hires and claims representatives 
• Actively participates in external industry meetings to share and receive intelligence to proactively protect company assets 
• Establishes and controls budgets for assigned investigations and vendors to minimize costs
• Completes comprehensive reports, testifies in depositions and court proceedings
• Conducts site visits with accounts and provides physical risk assessments to prevent and deter future losses 
• Coordinates anti-fraud efforts with claims executive management team 
• Developed and executed protocol for high end auto theft investigations   
• Serves as a security coordinator for First Baptist-Snellville in an executive protection and corporate security role protecting members, guest and staff 
• Completes budgeting and payroll for assigned off duty jobs

• Recovered 1.5M in stolen cargo within 2.5 hours of initial investigation on a Sunday (Nov. 2017)
